Federdoc Presents “El Aperitivo” in Cancún, Celebrating the Authenticity and Traceability of Italian DOC and DOCG Wines

Cancún, Mexico, Oct 7th, 2026 – As part of its exclusive program celebrating the authenticity, traceability, and regulatory framework behind Italy’s DOC and DOCG wines, Federdoc will host “El Aperitivo” an exclusive wine experience at Restaurante Carnivore, located inside the Live Aqua Cancún Hotel. The event will bring together more than 50 guests, including wine enthusiasts, hospitality professionals, and members of Cancún’s wine community, for an evening dedicated to discovering the heritage and values of Italian wine.

Throughout the evening, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy Italian DOC and DOCG wines while exploring Federdoc’s educational materials. The initiative highlights how Italian Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) wines represent far more than geographical origin: they embody a structured system of regulations, collective responsibility, traceability, and cultural identity developed over generations.
