A partner with global experience, IEM and IEEM are the official organizing agency of a range of specialized events around the world with the most significant being the VINITALY WORLD TOUR organized by VERONAFIERE. Vinitaly welcomes over 4200 exhibitors and 150,000 visitors every year to Verona in spring for the largest wine exhibition in the world.

 

Since 1998 Vinitaly, along with IEM, has developed a tour of significant events in various markets around the world facilitating the internationalization of Italian F&B producers and promoting Italian culture across the globe.  In 2009, the highly successful Vinitaly world tour traveled to India, Russia, USA, China, and Japan. This program is scheduled to be repeated in 2010 with the additions of South Korea and Singapore in response to the potential growth in the wine industry for these markets.  

 

The Vinitaly events have quickly become referred to as the most important events dedicated to Italian wines in their specific markets, attracting not just Italian exhibitors but also local wine importers who regard them as important promotional moments to reach out to their client base. During the walk-around tastings, seminars and food and wine matching evenings, Italian wine producers and importers are able to develop their network of local trade professionals, press and wine lovers.   

 

IEM, along with its developed network of supporting agencies, covers all aspects of these events including venue identification, sourcing of local services, selection of local experts, promotion of the event to the potential exhibitors, local promotion of the event through our vast databases of industry professionals, on-site set up and organization of the event and post event write-ups and press coverage. This know-how has also been developed by the Miami office, making it a perfect partner in organizing events not just in the Miami area, but also throughout the US, Canada and Latin America.   Besides the Vinitaly World Tour events, IEM and IEEM are also organizers of a range of promotional activities and events for a number of associations and consortiums
